If you are accessing pk147 on behalf of any third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and your agreement to these Terms will be deemed an agreement by that party. However, account sharing and third-party account operation are prohibited under Section 4 of these Terms.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register, access, or use any paid feature of the pk147 platform. This requirement is enforced through mandatory CNIC-based KYC verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all deposits returned to the originating payment source, subject to the satisfactory completion of anti-money laundering (AML) checks.
21+ ONLY: It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions to facilitate underage gambling. pk147 takes its age verification obligations under its international gaming license extremely seriously. Attempts to circumvent age verification using fraudulent documentation will be reported to relevant authorities.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on pk147. The Platform uses CNIC numbers, mobile numbers, payment method fingerprinting, device identification, and IP analysis to detect and prevent multiple account registrations by the same individual. If duplicate accounts are identified, pk147 will merge or close the duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonuses claimed across the accounts, and may permanently suspend the Player's access to the platform.
You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and during any subsequent KYC verification process. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, false CNIC number, or false contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination with forfeiture of balance.
The following persons are not permitted to register or maintain a pk147 account:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk147 account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP verification codes. pk147 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or SMS. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity, including any financial losses or liabilities that result from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk147 support immediately via live chat at [email protected]. pk147 will temporarily freeze the Account pending investigation. pk147 is not liable for losses incurred prior to the notification of suspected unauthorised access.
Accounts are strictly personal. Allowing any third party — including family members — to access, operate, or place bets through your Account is prohibited. pk147 may void bets, withhold withdrawals, and suspend Accounts where third-party operation is suspected or confirmed.
pk147 is required by its international gaming license to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts before processing withdrawals. KYC documentation required includes a clear photograph of the front and back of your valid Pakistani CNIC. pk147 may additionally request a selfie photograph and proof of payment method ownership for high-value withdrawals or where the source of funds is unclear. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled. Funds will remain in the Account balance pending future withdrawal attempts subject to completed KYC.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests from pk147 Accounts:

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 5,000 bonus requires Rs 150,000 in total qualifying wagers before any portion of the bonus can be withdrawn. The odds shown at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. pk147 reserves the right to suspend or withdraw any market at any time before the event commences.
Live in-play bets on pk147 — including ball-by-ball cricket markets during PSL and international fixtures — are subject to a processing delay of 2–5 seconds to allow for market updates following live events. Bets placed during this delay window may be accepted or rejected at pk147's discretion based on whether the market had materially changed at the time of placement. pk147 is not liable for any connectivity issues on the player's side that affect the timely submission of in-play bets.
Sports bets may be voided by pk147 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond 48 hours; the market is settled incorrectly and subsequently re-settled; a player is found to have placed a bet with knowledge of insider information relating to the event outcome; or the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to the Account balance at the original stake amount.

In no event shall pk147 be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill; losses arising from your inability to access the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or regulatory actions; or losses caused by events outside pk147's reasonable control including but not limited to network outages, payment processor downtime, or force majeure events.
pk147 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for temporary unavailability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance. Players are responsible for ensuring that the games and betting products they access are suitable for their financial circumstances.
pk147 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where it determines, in its sole discretion, that: the Account holder has violated any provision of these Terms; the Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes; continuation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to pk147; or the Account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC. Upon termination for cause, any pending bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. Legitimate Account balance (earned through genuine play) will be returned to the originating payment method after the completion of AML checks.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting pk147 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon confirmed identity verification, your Account will be closed and any remaining Account balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method within 7 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. A minimum balance of Rs 200 must remain in the Account for the final withdrawal to be processed; amounts below this threshold will be credited as goodwill at pk147's discretion.
In the event of any dispute between you and pk147 relating to these Terms, your Account, or any transaction or game outcome, the following dispute resolution process applies:
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable under pk147's international gaming license jurisdiction. Any legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, to which you irrevocably submit.

Where changes are material — including changes that affect your financial rights, account eligibility, or dispute resolution process — pk147 will provide registered Account holders with at least 14 days' advance notice via the registered email or mobile number on file before the amended Terms take effect.
Minor changes, such as clarifications of existing provisions, formatting corrections, and updates to reflect changes in regulatory requirements, may be made with immediate effect and without individual notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision. Players are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms.
